Bakery Manager Full Time, £14.50 per hour | 35+ hours per week, over 4/5 days, earliest start 5am, full flexibility required.

Location: 3 Arrol Place, G40 3NY.

General Duties:
- Running weekly production in our east end bakery
- Managing a team of up to 5 individuals.
- Stocktakes & placing orders.
- Ensuring all HACCP procedures are maintained.
- Ensuring all items meet our strict standard of quality control.
- Managing our stall at occasional markets and/or events.

- Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours, and lift up to 20kg.
- In depth knowledge of HACCP procedures.
- At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity within a kitchen/bakery environment.
- In depth knowledge of baking and patisserie.

- Qualified first aider.
- Experienced in using Shopify.
- Knowledge and/or experience in neurodivergence + managing neurodivergent individuals.
- Knowledge and experience in using Excel.
