Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping provider is DHL. We have chosen the Next Day Delivery service option, which means we bake, package and ship your orders on Wednesday afternoons, and they should arrive the next day, on Thursday.

We adhere to DHL’s postcode map, ‘Sending From Scotland’ which splits all UK addresses into four zones. Unfortunately we cannot ship Next Day Delivery to all postcodes, therefore we do not allow orders from these postcodes as we only want to offer the highest quality and freshness to our customers. See below for a list of postcodes we cannot ship to.

Please note once boxes have left the bakery we are no longer accountable for them. Boxes are too large to fit through a letterbox, so you must be home to accept the delivery.

Please be aware, if you choose to reschedule your delivery, or are not home to accept it on delivery day, your parcel is likely to arrive the following Monday. Your bakes will still be safe to eat on the following Monday, but they will not be as fresh as expected.

As we hand make everything at Full Circle Bakes with high quality ingredients, we would like to emphasise that you should make arrangements to guarantee you can accept your delivery on Friday, to avoid any disappointment.
